E/V Pricing for one table:

For-Profit organizations: USD $400

Non-Profit organizations: USD $100

E/V Signs: Each table will be provided a name sign (~ 6” x 17”) on white card stock with black text. No banners, signs, etc. may be affixed to any hard surface. Hotel charges for hanging banners or signs are the responsibility of the E/V. 

E/V Services: If the E/V requires special accommodations such as electrical, internet or material shipping/storage, please contact the E/V Co-Chairs.

E/V Representatives: Each E/V representative will need to be registered for the meeting.

E/V Publicity Description: A brief description of your table (organization, display, sale items) and a main contact person for publicity purposes are required by Jan 25, 2026.
